
What is a Kamlanie?
The shaman ceremony or the shaman's mystery is a ritual of traditional connection. In Siberian roughly translating to the shaman who communicates with the spirits and forces. They are performed every full and new moon, as well as the equinox and solstices. There can be many different intentions for each Kamlanie. There is always the purpose of working together with the spirits of nature and our ancestors to promote harmonious prosperity with all life. This includes but is not limited to the plants, the animals, the sun, the moon, spirits scene and spirits, unseen, and of course, connection with the great spirit.
Through this connection, we create an immediate and important restoration of the nature spirits, allowing the shaman to channel the spirits and give blessings. The land spirits as a whole have been dealt many challenges that affect the world globally ranging from neglect, pollution, extractions, habitat destruction, and that's just to name a few. By utilizing exceptionally old traditions passed down through the generations, This harmonious interaction between shaman, spirits, people, and the environment brings us all closer to balance.
These sacred practices are ancient and powerful, often initiating truly life-changing events. This communication of Shaman and spirits allows for guidance into the unseen, connecting our roots through past present and future. As humanity continues toward an uncertain future, which has directly affected the climate and our universal connection with the land, the traditional ceremonies become more and more needed To restore balance and harmony for all life.
During Kamlanie, The participant as well as the shaman Feed intended spirits such as our ancestors and nature spirits through offerings in the fire, ecstatic dancing, singing, And intention. These ceremonies or mysteries create a network of regeneration and rejuvenation for our mother Earth. We open places of power and honoring of intentions that promote spiritual freedom, self empowerment, expression, Creativity, compassion, borderless, friendships, clarity, truth, and awakens are human traditions to become keystone caretakers, and Stewards of our mother Earth.
The energy of the Kamlanie stays in our body and is amplified with every Kamlanie after, further promoting health and vitality, which transcends the generations. It is not uncommon for participants to feel as though they have done this before when it is their first time, because all of our ancestors at some point danced with sacred purpose around a fire that created connection with the spirits.
What should I bring?
Come as you are, no need for special outfits or garb.
I highly recommend you bring a drum or rattle, water to drink, and a journal.
Offerings for the fire are appreciated, coordinating with the shaman is important here. The following offerings are appropriate:
white bread without salt, ghee, candy, flour, rice, cookies, milk, cheese, sweets, sweet cakes, flowers

Gifts for the Shaman are not mandatory, but they are also not uncommon to show gratitude for the service they provide.

One-Village Mentality
Reciprocity not exclusively monetary, it can be your time, expertise, assistance with set up, or something else decided BEFORE the ceremony. What is important here is everyone contributes and does their part. Finacial donations are the most common and often the most helpful as this goes toward for covering the costs of wood, the stewards of the lands, offerings, the shaman who will spend days of preparing for the ceremony, the needs of the land, and ultimately keeping the ceremonies going. This is not about great big amounts of money; this is about a village of people coming together with purpose.
